Join us! We love life on the water – and our community continues to grow because we are not alone. We welcome you to explore RYC and the benefits of membership.
You do not need to be a boat owner or a boater to be a member. Many of our members joined the club as they wanted to enjoy all the fun and benefits of a boat without worrying about the cost or hassle. Here at RYC we offer several types of boats for members’ use plus our boat owning members love to have others join them for an afternoon or evening out on the water.
As a not-for-profit, member-owned club, our vibrant community celebrates tradition as it meets members’ diverse interests and changing needs.
Our Membership Process
Our membership process starts once a completed membership packet has been submitted and received by RYC. This includes the completed Membership Application, a letter of introduction as well an endorsement of two current members at RYC. As part of the process, our Membership Committee meets each month to review the prospects information including social and boating interests and community involvement.
Membership Assistance
We understand that membership candidates may be new to the area or not know current members who can endorse them. If you are interested in membership and don’t know any of our current members, we offer several options to introduce you to The Club and members, and allow us to get to know you.
